1,one-piece valve body,top entry trunnion,flanged or butt welded structure.
2,Inconel seat springs maintain consistent force to keep the metal seat in contact with the ball,providing the two way seal function.
3,Adopting distinctive technology of retractable valve seats,on side replace stem,valve stem sealing ring,metal seat and bellow spring,and torque down to the minimum for the ease of operation.

Dependable seating design:The flexible two-way sealing structure embodies years of our manufacturing experience in ball valves.the internationally advanced flexible seal technology can release the pressure in the valve cavity while maintaining a reliable seal under high or low pressures or vacuum.when the media pressure is low,the contact area between flexible seat and the ball is relatively small providing a dependable seal without seat deformtion or high wear load.in the same way,when the media pressure is high,the contact area between flexible seat and the ball increases providing proper support while maintaining a dependable seal,again without seat deformation or high wear load.the flexible seat design in our floating ball valves maintains proper seat to ball contact so that even in very low pressure
